Essential Qualifications for HPCL Recruitment – Educational qualification for the post of Officer Trainee is Masters degree in IR / HR / Personnel Management / Psychology or MBA in HR / Personnel Management from a reputed Educational Institution. Educational qualification for the post of Safety Officer is Bachelors degree in Technology/ Engineering from a reputed Educational Institute.

Structure of Salary for HPCL Recruitment Candidates appointed as Officer Trainee will be awarded with definite amount of salary of Rs. 50000 and candidates appointed as Safety Officer will be awarded with definite amount of salary of Rs. 24900 to Rs. 50500.

Age Regulations for HPCL Recruitment 27 years is the maximum age limit for candidates applying for Officer Trainee and Safety Officer posts. SC/ST category candidates will be benefitted with age relaxation up to 5 years and OBC category candidates will be benefitted with age relaxation up to 3 years as per the rules and regulations of Govt.

Exam Fee for HPCL Recruitment Rs. 610 must be paid through online mode or SBI Challan.
